This smoothie is one of my favorites after a nice workout because it is packed with complex carbs, protein, and fresh fruit. Not only does it taste amazing it also has many health benefits.
- ½ medium frozen banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup greek vanilla yogurt (full of protein)
- ½ cup milk
The first time I made this smoothie I thought I was drinking a milkshake because it tasted so good. I like to make this if I am craving something sweet but still trying to keep it healthy.
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 8 oz Greek yogurt
After your first sip of this smoothie you will feel like you are on a tropical island. It is refreshing and will kickstart your day with a big boast of energy!
- 1/2 can of pineapple chunks
- pineapple-orange juice
- A few shavings of fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
