The summer is here and it’s time to fire up the grill and invite some friends over! There is something about the smell of charcoal and cooking outside that really sets the mood for summer fun.
When grilling fish you want to choose a sturdy fish that can hold up to the heat. Swordfish steaks are perfect for grilling – make sure you oil your grates to avoid sticking.
We marinaded our steaks in a lime herb vinaigrette. The marinade is easy to make it’s just lime juice, fresh oregano and thyme.
